Flexible Document Design
The facility to change the design of all commercial documents
within the framework of the UN layout key (Quotations, Proformas, Order Acknowledgements, Invoices) to suit the needs of
the user – for different products, markets, customers, etc.
Packing List to Invoice Conversion
The user may prepare the Packing List first (according to
what is available to ship, what will fit into the container or on to the
pallet,etc), and may then, at one click of the mouse, create an Invoice using
the data from the Packing List.
LC Management / Progress Tracking Check List
A module designed to manage the processing of incoming
Letters of Credit or progress non LOC projects,
with detailed check-lists to ensure error-free treatment at all stages.
Profitability Analysis
A module designed to provide a dynamic analysis of all
costs attributable to each project processed through to shipment.
Batch Print
This facility allows the user to create a menu for each customer that determines which documents have to be prepared, and how
many copies of each have to be printed.
VAT/INTRASTAT Reporting
Sales Lists and INTRASTAT Reports for despatches are prepared
automatically, as a bi-product of invoice production.
Commissions Management
Commissions payable are automatically calculated, and
commission notes prepared.
Supersessions
The system automatically identifies when products have been
superseded by others and also allows automatic selection of a batch of related
products with one selection from the product database.
Mass Price Maintenance
The system allows the prices of groups of products or all
products to be amended by a single entry.
Connectivity
Interfaces with other software systems, normally on a text
transfer basis, can be arranged, and data can be made ready in text format for
export to Accounts and other central packages.
On-Line Exchange Rates
For a small annual fee to Prestel, users may have the latest
exchange rates fed into their ExportPro and TradingPro systems automatically.
Management Reporting
A wide range of management reports can be produced, either in
data or graphical format. Full profitability analysis by project is available.
