The Company Profile

ExportPro Limited is a small company with a professional approach to business and a commitment to customer service. We have been established for many years and have supplied export software since the late 1980's. We are privately owned and financially sound.

The Software is owned and was developed by Fred Sherif, who first developed software to help run his own export trading company in the 1980's. He is currently investigating international distribution opportunities for the software. We also receive technical support and development resource from Unistat, as a respected worldwide supplier of statistical software headed by Dr. Mehmet Toker, who operates from our former London office. The dedicated software distribution and customer support arm, ExportPro Limited, is under the control of Alan Raimes. Alan has worked with ExportPro since 1995. Prior to this Alan had an 18 year career at Rowntree Mackintosh (now Nestle) including 10 years managing the Overseas Logistics and Export Administration operations. 

Our committed support staff, with many years experience in providing support services to users of PC based systems, are now based in a modern managed office facility in the fair city of York.

Business Strategy

ExportPro Limited markets ExportPro and TradingPro direct to users in the UK, providing a full maintenance and support service to its clients from its Sales and Customer Support Centre in York.

Marketing activity is controlled from the same office, and its main products are promoted to potential buyers in any industry, anywhere in the UK.  Demonstrations of its products can be arranged for individual companies at their own premises.

ExportPro is keen to develop a close and long-term business relationship with its customers, maintaining a two-way communications link, to ensure that the products are constantly enhanced in line with market requirements.
