Consultancy: 

ExportPro Limited will provide consultancy services when required, to assist clients in:

bullet

Reviewing the structure, staffing and procedures of their export operation.

bullet

Specifying their software requirements for export management, including interfaces or integration with central systems.

Installation and Project Management: 

ExportPro Ltd will install its software and will provide full project management for major integrated installations, as required.

 Maintenance and Support: 

ExportPro Ltd provides a full Maintenance and Support contract for their clients, which includes:

Immediate assistance provided through a telephone ‘Help-Line’, during normal working hours.

bullet

The provision of upgrades to the software, free of charge whenever improvements or enhancements to existing functionality are introduced, or when, for example, changes to document design or procedures are required by Customs.

 Training:    

ExportPro Ltd offers on-site training services for their clients, to ensure that the users fully understand the functionality of its software and are able to obtain maximum benefit from its use.
